The Online Gold Flag Campaign (“Campaign”) is part of the fundraising initiatives of The Boys’ Brigade, Hong Kong (“BBHK”) Territory-Wide Flag Day 2024. Interested individuals may register as an Online Gold Flag Volunteer and/ or support the Gold Flag Donation by making a cash contribution or ordering a Gold Flag Set. The Campaign will be held from 15 Jun to 31 Aug 2024:

• Interested individuals shall register to become an Online Gold Flag Volunteer (“Participant”). Each Participant shall receive a dedicated link of his/ her own Online Flag Bag via the registered email address, and that can be shared with personal connections to raise funds for the Campaign. All the funds raised via the Website will be directly credited to the accounts of BBHK.
• All sponsorships and donations contributed to the Campaign are non-refundable.
• All Participants’ personal data will be used for the Campaign, including but not limited to communications, campaign administration and local delivery purposes. 
• BBHK reserves the right to make any change to the Campaign without prior notice. Any update on the Campaign will be published on the BBHK website at www.bbhk.org.hk/flagday2024.
• BBHK reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Campaign at its discretion.
• This Terms & Conditions is prepared in both English and Chinese. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall be the governing and prevailing version.

• In case of any dispute, the decision of BBHK shall be final.

Self Pick-up & Delivery

For Gold Flag donations, interested individuals may choose to make a cash contribution of HK$20 or above; and/ or order any Campaign-Exclusive Gold Flag Gift Set. All transactions will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars. A tax-deductible receipt will be issued when a single donation of HK$100 or above is made but such arrangement is not applicable to overseas orders. 

For delivery within Hong Kong, "Limited-edition Online Gold Flag Commemorative Badge(s)" and “the 65th Anniversary Gold Flag Gift(s)” shall be dispatched by SF Express (Cash on Delivery). For self pick-up at BBHK’s designated locations*, a redemption notification shall be sent by BBHK to the registered email address of the donor on or before 31 Aug 2024. BBHK will not be able to process the order in which the personal information provided is incomplete or invalid, and in such cases the donation will not be refunded, and BBHK will not be responsible therefor.
